As per Taiwan Customs regulations, all individuals receiving international shipments must complete real-name authentication through the official app, "EZ WAY 易利委". This process ensures efficient customs clearance and timely delivery of your orders.
Important: Failure to complete the EZ WAY real-name authentication may result in customs clearance delays or the inability to receive your package. Ensure that your registration is completed prior to placing an order to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Combined Orders

Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to complete customs requirements, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued excluding shipping fees.
